SHADES of PINOT NOIR
A tasting for those seeking a deeper knowledge of the different expressions of Pinot Noir. You will discover the versatility of this vine and taste its different nuances. Starting from the Pinot Noir vinified in white, we will continue with our rosé vinification up to the bubbles from the Charmat Method and then conclude with our Pinot Noir vinified in red aged for 12 months in French oak barriques.

EXCELLENCES IN RED
A sensory experience to discover our “Excellences” and the multiple differences of our terroirs. You will taste our wines:
– Pinot Noir vinified in red and aged for 12 months in French oak barriques
– “Amphora”, Merlot in purity aged for 12 months in terracotta amphora in order to enhance the characteristics of the vine
– “Vicolo del Poggio”, late harvest Croatina which ages for 24 months in French oak barrels and over a year in the bottle.

BUBBLES3
An exclusive experience that sees our three Metodo Classico sparkling wines as the undisputed protagonists, with the aim of expressing in a more authentic way the vineyards of origin, the sugar dosage, their aromatic complexity and being able to enjoy the continuous and joyful fountain of bubbles in your glass . You will taste our sparkling wines:
– Pinot Nero dosaggio Brut “Blanc de Noir” millesimato
– Chardonnay dosaggio Brut “Blanc de Blanc” millesimato
– Pinot Nero Pas dosé “Blanc de Noir” millesimato
