At the winery, the “Guastona” vineyard, with a total surface area of about 1 hectare, facing southeast.

Guyot, with an average planting density of
about 3.000 vines/hectare.
GRAPE BLEND AND HARVEST PERIOD
Malvasia 100%.
Traditional harvest by hand during the first ten days of September.
VINIFICATION AND BOTTLING
Gentle pressing of the grapes and the subsequent cold static clarification of must, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, ageing of the wine obtained with rigorously controlled temperatures in order to preserve the characteristic varietal aromas and fragrances of these aromatic grapes.
SENSORY TEST AND TECHNICAL NOTES
A lively wine with an intense straw-yellow colour with golden glints, a pleasantly aromatic fragrance with delicate hints of acacia flowers, a fresh, lively flavour between aromatic and almondy. Alcohol content: 11,00/11,50% by vol – Acidity: 6.00-6.50 g/l
FOOD PAIRINGS
An ideal wine with cured meats, especially coppa, Parma ham and pancetta; also delicious as an aperitif or with any course of a meal. Serving temperature: 10-12%
