Oltrepò Pavese is the cradle par excellence of the Italian Classic Method. The Classic Method is the sparkling method obtained through refermentation in the bottle. Our Winery produces three different labels, namely:
Pinot Noir Brut dosage “Blanc de Noir” millesimato
Chardonnay Brut dosage “Blanc de Blanc” millesimato
Pinot Noir Pas dosé “Blanc de Noir” millesimato
These are important and refined wines, classy and structured, with a perlage with a very fine and persistent grain.
